For fixed fee assignments (typically short term pieces of work, such as developing a fundraising strategy), you only pay the agreed fee, even if the assignment takes longer than anticipated. In all cases, we also charge for travel at cost and VAT is applied at the prevailing rate. Any other costs, such as accommodation costs, are only charged by agreement with the client.
We seek to offer a good value, professional service, evidenced by the many clients who come back to us again and again. It is also important to focus not only on the costs but on the likely returns to be achieved. Successful fundraising is an investment, which pays for itself many times over.
